Things to know before the class!

  • Our Japanese cooking classes are ideal for a Christmas party, birthday party, anniversary, Hens Party, Bucks Party, Team Building Cooking, Work lunch, and dinner, or Corporate event.
  • Moving to your new date is free if you reschedule more than 14 days before the event. Following the initial date change, any subsequent date change will cost $49pp. We can only accept that you are unwell with a medical certificate for rescheduling submitted within 14 days of the event, and we will still charge $49 for administrative fees.
  • There will be no refund or rescheduling if you fail to arrive at the site on time, willingly abandon your class after it has begun, or need to leave the event due to bereavement, accident, or sickness. Travel and medical insurance are thus highly advised.
  • If you are unable to attend, please send someone to your place. Those who are not sick will be required to attend.
  • Please come 10 minutes before the class’s planned start time.

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity to get a complete refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience, you will not be reimbursed.
